Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

The short version: the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Zelos shows your wearable and lab data in one place; it is not medical advice. Your data stays yours. Be fair to the service and to other people.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Zelos (“Zelos”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website at zelos.health, the waitlist, and the Zelos app (together, the “service”). By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. The waitlist

  • Joining is free and doesn’t create an account or oblige you to buy anything.
  • We send invites in waves, in an order we decide. A place on the list doesn’t guarantee an invite by a particular date.
  • We’ll email you about your invite and the launch. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.

3. Who can use Zelos

You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms. When you create an account, give accurate details and keep your sign-in methods secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@zelos.health if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Not medical advice

Zelos is a tool for information and training insight. It is not a medical device, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Ranges, baselines and statuses such as “in range”, “watch” or “attention” are general guidance based on your data and population references. They aren’t clinical judgements and may be wrong, for example when a device measures inaccurately.

Always talk to a doctor or other qualified professional about your health, and don’t ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw in Zelos. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

5. Connected devices and services

Zelos works with services you connect, such as Garmin, Whoop, Google Health and Apple Health. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of the data they provide, and they may limit or change access at any time. Device and brand names belong to their owners; Zelos isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.

6. Your data

You own the data you bring to Zelos. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete your account at any time. Make sure you have the right to upload anything you add, such as lab reports.

7. Acceptable use

When you use the service, you agree not to:

  • break the law, or upload anything you don’t have the right to share;
  • access other people’s accounts or data, or try to get around security or usage limits;
  • interfere with the service, for example with excessive automated requests, scraping or malware;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Pricing

The waitlist is free. We’ll announce any paid plans before launch. Before you’re charged anything, you’ll see the price, what’s included and how to cancel. You’ll always be able to cancel, and any mandatory consumer rights you have, such as withdrawal rights in the EU, remain.

9. Changes and availability

Zelos is in private beta and will keep changing. We may add, change or remove features, and we can’t promise the service will always be available or error-free. If we ever shut Zelos down, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

10. Our intellectual property

The service, including its design, software, text and graphics, belongs to Zelos or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it. They don’t transfer any ownership to you.

11. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but “as is”, without guarantees about results or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Ending things

You can leave the waitlist or delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we do, we’ll tell you why where we can, and let you export your data unless the law prevents it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We’ll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring claims in your local courts. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution information is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
